Showing Some International Love: Final Olympic Qualification - Group E

Latvia host Group E in the Final Qualification round for the Olympics, and come in winning only 4 of their last 12 international matches. France and Kazakhstan are fresh off good showings at different EIHC tournaments and Great Britain is trying to keep their qualification-momentum going despite the fact they lost a key veteran player to international retirement.

Predictions

1 (Qualify) - Latvia
2 - France
3 - Kazakhstan
4 - Great Britain

This is probably the only group were I would be satisfied with any team winning. More than likely, Latvia will end up in first. France might be able to make a push for the top spot. Kazakhstan is a dark horse, and it would be nice to see them back on the main stage. Even better than that would be to see Great Britain back in for the first time since 1948, but injuries have weaken their already-inferior roster, and might need another miracle to end up not last.
