Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Pittsburgh Penguins
Everytime I here analysis about this series, it seems the more I regret picking the Lightning (and having Fleury as my Playoff Pool Goalie doesn't help). I'm wafering on this, but I originally picked T-Bay so I'll ride out with them. Its gonna be a nail-biting series, especially if Crosby isn't back. Tampa Bay in 7.
Unlike the last time these teams meet, I like the Wings being able to close out the Coyotes early. Pheonix might be able to steal a game or two though, so no sweep is anticipated. Detroit in 5.
New York Rangers vs. Washington Capitals
The newly-defensive Capitals vs. the shot-blocking Rangers. Another worrysome pick now that I heard the high priase the Rangers get, but with Callahan out and Gaborik slumping, I'm still liking the Capitals to win it. Washington in 6.
Chicago Blackhawks vs. Vancouver Canucks
Is the third time a charm? Only after the third game we'll know. This year though, Vancouver does seem to have the edge this year now that Canuck-busters Byfuglien and Ladd are gone. Vancouver in 6.
Nashville Predators vs. Anaheim Ducks
As pointed out by a few experts, this is a series of a hot-goalie no-team vs. a team with no goalie. It took a lot of second guessing, but I'm willing to say that Anaheim will be the winner of the series (ok, I just want Koivu to win a cup). Anaheim in 7.
