Mexico host this year's edition of Division II Group B tournament. Joining the group this year is Australia (who were relegated from Group A), and North Korea (promoted from Division III). New Zealand is back for another year, and hope to improve on last's year's silver medal. Bulgaria and Israel round out the group, as both teams look to finish in the top-half of the standings this year.

Prediction

1 (Promoted) - Australia
2 - New Zealand
3 - Mexico
4 - North Korea
5 - Bulgaria
6 (Relegated) - Israel

Australia were relegated last year, and are favourites to be promoted to Group A this year. Their neighbours, New Zealand, should keep things close. Host Mexico is likely to end up with a bronze again, but it wouldn't be much of a shock if they managed something shinier. North Korea was promoted to this level, and might shock a few teams en route to staying up for another year. Bulgaria's managed to be a mainstay at this level, and should manage to hang on to their Division II status. This leaves Israel ending up in last, getting relegated back into Division III. (Full disclosure: I didn't start typing my predictions until after the second game. My top three were the same before, only the bottom three has changed for me).
